What we collect on this site
When you submit a contact or lead-capture form on this site, we collect the information you enter - typically your name, email address, phone number, and business name. We also use analytics and advertising tools to understand how this site is used and how our ads perform: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These set cookies and use device or online identifiers, and the data they collect may be processed by Google and Meta on our behalf. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
Why we collect it
We collect contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our service. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as the business relationship is active, or for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
UAE PDPL alignment
This site is operated from the UAE and processes personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
Third-party services
When you submit our contact form, the details you enter (name, email, business name, phone) are sent to our team so we can send you the requested material and follow up. We also offer contact via WhatsApp and Telegram. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Instagram, if your business connects it
This applies only to businesses that choose to connect an Instagram professional account, and only while it stays connected. Once connected, Instagram sends us the story mentions that tag your business. For each mention we receive the mention itself and the sending account's Instagram ID, username, display name, follower count and whether they follow your business, so we can match the mention to a customer and show you who tagged you. We use it only to run this feature for you. We never post to your account, never publish content and never start a conversation: the only messages we send are automatic replies to the person who tagged you, inside the conversation their mention opened. Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect. If a customer links their Instagram account to LoyalsClub, that link is stored once against their LoyalsClub account so they do not have to repeat it at another business that uses LoyalsClub, and each business only ever sees the mentions that tag it.
